Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for art and craft product. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Painting products are final sale

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final after this period, and we do not accept exchanges or cancellations once an order is placed.

CraftHeart ships across Ontario (and beyond upon request)! As each piece is handmade, please allow 5–10 business days for processing before your order ships.

Shipping fees apply to all orders. However, orders within Ontario over CAD$150 ship free.
