1.1 - All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any
order for any reason, including but not limited to inventory shortages, suspicion of fraud, or pricing errors.
1.2 - Orders are typically processed within 4-7 business days after payment has been confirmed. Processing times
may be extended during peak periods or due to the handmade nature of our Products.
2. SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS
2.1 - The Company utilizes reputable third-party carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, Canada Post, USPS, or other
regional carriers) to deliver Products.
2.2 - The available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and associated costs will be displayed at
checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
3.1 - Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on weight, dimensions, shipping method, and
destination.
3.2 - All shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless expressly stated otherwise (e.g., promotional free
shipping).
3.3 - Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where expressly required by law.
4. RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE
4.1 - Title to and risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Customer upon delivery of the Products
to the carrier.
4.2 - The Company shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages occurring after Products have been
tendered to the carrier.
5. DELIVERY AND RECEIPT
5.1 - Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order.
The Company is not liable for delays, losses, or costs resulting from inaccurate addresses or the recipient
information.
5.2 - If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the Customer's unavailability or refusal to accept delivery, any re-
delivery or return shipping costs shall be borne solely by the Customer.
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
6.1 - The Company offers international shipping to select destinations. Availability will be displayed at checkout.
6.2 - International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import restrictions, or other fees imposed
by the destination country. Such fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the
purchase price or shipping charges.
6.3 - The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes or for Products
confiscated or rejected by customs authorities
7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
7.1 - Certain Products may be subject to restrictions under applicable laws and regulations (e.g., limitations on
resin-based items, liquids, or oversized artworks).
7.2 - The Company reserves the right to refuse shipment of Products prohibited by law or deemed unsafe for
transport.
8. DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
8.1 - The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery resulting from events beyond its
reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions,
pandemics, governmental restrictions, or supply chain interruptions
9. INSPECTION AND CLAIMS
9.1 - Customers are required to inspect Products promptly upon delivery. Any claims for loss, damage, or non-
delivery must be submitted in writing within seven (7) calendar days of receipt (or expected receipt) of the
Products.
9.2 - Failure to provide timely notice shall constitute a waiver of any such claim.
